1. Provider

The products and services on hephaestusmx.com are offered by Miguel Ángel Muñoz García, under the trade name "Hephaestus MX" ("Hephaestus"). Address: C. By purchasing or using the site, you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy notice.

2. Products

Products are made to order using 3D printing. Each piece may show slight variations in texture and tone inherent to the fabrication process. Images on the site are illustrative; each product's features are described on its page.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. At checkout you can choose:

Pickup in Cabo San Lucas, free of charge.
Home delivery within Mexico, $200.00 MXN per order.

The total, including the chosen delivery option, is shown before you confirm payment. We honor the price in effect at the time of your purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe using the methods available on the checkout page. Hephaestus does not receive or store your card data. Your order is confirmed once payment is credited; with a delayed payment method, it is confirmed when Stripe receives the payment.

5. Fabrication and delivery

After your purchase we will confirm the estimated fabrication time and the delivery or pickup date. Shipments are made by courier to the address you provide at checkout; you are responsible for it being correct and complete. If you choose pickup in Cabo San Lucas, we will coordinate the handover with you.

6. Cancelling your purchase

Under article 56 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), you may cancel your purchase without liability within five business days after delivery of the product or the purchase, whichever is later. To do so, notify us in writing at [email protected] or return the product. We will refund the price paid; return freight and insurance costs are borne by you.

7. Warranty

Our products and parts carry a 90-calendar-day warranty from delivery against fabrication defects (art. 77 LFPC). These terms serve as the warranty policy.

To claim it, email [email protected] with your order number, a description and photos of the defect. If the product is defective or does not match what was offered, you may choose a replacement or a refund, under article 92 of the LFPC.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, modifications, exposure to excessive heat (for lamps we recommend LED bulbs) or normal wear.

8. Custom parts

You can send us parts or ideas to fabricate from your account. We review each request and, if feasible, send you a quote with price, material and estimated time. Fabrication starts once you approve the quote and payment is credited.

We fabricate according to the information, measurements and files you provide. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to the designs and files you send; we use them only to handle your request and treat them confidentially.

9. User account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or against these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The site's texts, images, product designs and trademarks belong to Hephaestus or their owners and may not be used without permission.

11. Complaints and governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico, without prejudice to your rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
